What should I wear?

The most important clothing requirement is that is comfortable and allows full body movement. Ideally it also shows the outline of the body, but certainly there is no expectation of tight lycra! e.g. leggings, T-shirts, shorts are all suitable. Shoes are not worn in the studio.

Do I need to bring anything?

Studio36 provides all necessary equipment for all classes. Small equipment is available to purchase in the studio for home use.

How much does it cost?

For more information of pricing for the various classes and sessions visit their pages - Matwork, Reformer, Studio Sessions, One to one.

Can I pay by credit card?

Yes it is possible to pay for your session with a credit card online or in the studio. Cash, cheque or bank transfer also welcome.

Can I book my class online?

We do not take online booking because we think it’s vitally important to speak with all of our clients first to get an understanding of their goals and any injury or conditions they may have. This means that every client can access the classes and sessions that are perfect for them. Book a consultation.

What if I miss a class?

In the event of missing a class there may be a possibility of attending a catch up class within your current block – these are available by prior arrangement with your teacher, when space is available within an alternative class. Unfortunately it is not possible to carry over catch up classes to another block – it all gets too complex! Therefore please let the teacher know if you aren’t able to attend a class, as this may allow another client an opportunity to slot into that class.
